Start Photoshop and then try to re-create the problem. Note: See Locate plug-in folders for the locations of the Photoshop plug-in folders. Move one plug-in from Photoshop's Plug-ins folder to a temporary location (for example, a new folder on your desktop). This makes it possible to use the same process as Photoshop. To identify specific problematic plug-ins: Close Photoshop. Texture Tools Exporter standalone 2023.3.0’s command line now extracts mips by default from DDS and KTX images when saving to other formats (to turn this off, add -no-mips to your command line).
